Feedback button

The Feedback control in the header is for a short bug, idea, or question. It sends the text you type to the ImageTo100.com feedback inbox. It is not a file-upload form.

Do not paste photos, base64 images, passwords, or ID numbers into that box.

What to include (copy and change)

For a bug, this is enough:

  • Page URL (usually https://imageto100.com/)
  • Browser and version
  • Device / OS
  • Source format and rough size (for example “PNG, about 6MB”)
  • Target KB you typed
  • What you expected
  • What happened instead
  • Whether you used one file or a batch

A screenshot of the error text is useful. A screenshot of your passport is not.

What not to send

Do not email or attach:

  • Passport, visa, national ID, or exam photos
  • Signatures you would use on a form
  • Passwords, API keys, or one-time codes
  • Other people’s documents

If the bug only happens with a sensitive file, describe the format and size. Recreate it with a non-sensitive picture of a wall or a product if you can.

What we can help with

  • The compressor not hitting the target, or a best-effort result you did not expect
  • Batch, Download all, or format questions (JPG out, PNG in)
  • Copy on the site that does not match the live tool
  • Privacy or security reports about imageto100.com

What we cannot do

  • Manually compress or retouch a photo for you
  • Guarantee a government or job portal will accept the file
  • Convert your image to PDF, or support an iLovePDF account
  • Provide immigration, legal, or HR advice
  • Recover a file you already closed in the tab — we never received it

How messages are read

We read mail and feedback in this order:

  1. Something that stops compress / download from working
  2. Privacy or security reports
  3. Reproducible quality or size bugs
  4. Wording and feature ideas

There is no published same-day SLA. If the inbox is quiet, it is not because the address is decorative — it is a small public tool. Send the report once, with the checklist above.
